… someone asked me last week what daily supplements I take…

… here’s what I take (after doing a ton of reading/research and recently re-visiting the research): Thorne Vitamins are, by far, the best on the market in my opinion… I take a Thorne 2/day multivitamin (ordered through Amazon), Vitamin D3 (10,000IU), Tumeric 500mg (based upon my nurse friend’s research and recommendation), Thorne magnesium and 2 regular Alka Seltzer tablets every day (for alkalinity – also because of my nurse friend’s recommendation).  Check with your physician about what you should take and be proactive in taking care of your health.  Exercise daily, eat right, take quality supplements (not One-a-Day junk vitamins) and drink 2 liters of water every day. :-)
