… here’s what I take (after doing a ton of reading/research and recently re-visiting the research): Thorne Vitamins are, by far, the best on the market in my opinion… I take a Thorne 2/day multivitamin (ordered through Amazon), Vitamin D3 (10,000IU), Tumeric 500mg (based upon my nurse friend’s research and recommendation), Thorne magnesium and 2 regular Alka Seltzer tablets every day (for alkalinity – also because of my nurse friend’s recommendation). ¬†Check with your physician about what you should take and be proactive in taking care of your health. ¬†Exercise daily, eat right, take quality supplements (not One-a-Day junk vitamins) and drink 2 liters of water every day. :-)
