Off the fasting for the moment… so, chicken caeser salad and chocolate milkshake at Quotations for lunch… xo  (Update: my friend got great news this afternoon on important medical tests… praise God for answered prayers!)

    Thank you. I had forgotten how good lunch is at Quotations. I just finished the Three Salad Plate. Outstanding!
