Wednesday, November 1
          Holiday Appetizers, 2017
Here are the appetizers we will be making this year:  Avocado-Feta Dip, Creamy Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Dip, and New Orleans BBQ shrimp dip.  To scoop up all those dips we will be making homemade Lavash (crackers)  Next up, a couple of flatbreads; Onion Herb Focaccia, Roasted Fennel & Prosciutto Flatbread and Flatbread with Bacon and Scallion Pesto.  Also on the menbu are Spinach & Goat Cheese Tartlets, Proscuitto Wrapped Stuffed Dates, Indian Spinach & Chickpea Fritters, and Spicy-Sweet Pecans.  $50

Tuesday, November 7 
            Holiday Casseroles, 2017
Casseroles are great when you have company, because the work is already done so all you do is pop it in the oven and you have a meal ready to serve in no time.  In this class, we will be making Bacon-Asparagus Strata, Bagel, Lox, and Egg Strata, and our now Famous Challah Casserole (this year, with local apples.)  On the dinner side, we will make Curried Chicken Thighs with Buttery Croutons, Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetables, and Loaded Cauliflower Casserole.  $40

Wednesday, November 8
          Lindsey’s Class-Pie Basics
Have you always wanted to learn how to make pie dough from scratch, but were scared to try?  Let Pastry Chef Lindsey Briscoe show you the fearless way to make pie dough.  In this class, we will not only cover the basics of pie dough, but will also learn some techniques to make beautiful pie decorations, awesome fillings, and even hand pies.  $40

This is a repeat of the November 1 class.

Wednesday, November 15:     Lindsey’s Class-Holiday Cookies
Learn some basics of using Royal Icing to decorate beautiful Holiday Cookies.  Cookie recipes and royal icing will be provided.  Don’t wear nice clothes to this event!  $40
